I never thought I would come this close to a crime scene. That being said, I begged not to enter the "Accident/Emergency team" in the press back in internship coz I hate such stuff.
But something really scary happened to my housemate today. The unit just opposite us(3 steps away from our front door) has had a murder case.
YES our direct neighbour. We are the closest people/ witnesses in proximity.

Dunno when it happened...we never notice them, but apparently the unit is rented by a Chinese owner for all his/ her foreign workers to live inside, and some like to drink at night. We suspect they got into a fight when drunk and someone's neck was slit!
Victim is a Myanmar man...no other clue liao. We don't even know who else lives there coz we make it a point to avoid them for safety purposes.

Thank God we are safe. I was away serving in Kuala Selangor chapel when the police and forensic people came and one of my housemates were at home. We didn't hear anything unusual, though last night was unusually quiet.
She is a new believer and currently very traumatised coz the police questioned her for over half an hour, and she was alone, scared and smelling the formalin, seeing them carry the body out, reporters in front of our unit, and so many people and policemen...Then they wrote down every single word she said, and kept asking her to verify her statement...Poor thing.
So we have prayed for her, and stayed at home today, instead of going MYF, coz she is scared to step out of our door.

Rather eventful day with the police coming in and out, sealed the door with yellow stickers like in movie..but the foreign workers came back when the police went away and removed the stickers and tried living inside again(Hello crime scene wei)...then the security personnel and police somehow got wind of current events and came back again, then banged and banged at their door but nobody opened the door...
And yes, we were watching from the peep hole.

Aiya, really a lot of stuff. Talk about DRAMA!!!! But we are fine now. JUST one tiny problem: The police will be back again to interrogate me and the other housemate who were away from home this afternoon.
During this chill-out time, we three girls cooked our own dinner, washed up and bathed, then had our own bible study session since today's MYF was supposed to be Cell Group.
It was a totally unpleasant evening, with lots of suspicious(*note: WE(my housemates and I) are also being listed as kind of impossible suspects, but still suspects horh) people coming in and out...all the eatery shops downstairs freaking CLOSED and us trying to resume to normal. :(
